Newbie questions. Scca region 18?

Recently acquired 69? McNamara Mk1. Formula vee. No log book, but stamped 18 147 on roll bar.

Tech Drill holes in frame...
I live near jacksonville which is where We acquired her. Layin around at the old KATLIN vw dealership.
Question: where is region 18?
If This chassis was #147 in scca system region 18, how do I access records to find out about this car. Or can I? Or anyone?
