Overheating Problems

I had issues with water temps at Black Hawk just as I had at Gingerman. Had a few recommendations at the track but none of them got the temps down.

-I got temps under 200 by removing the thermostat.
-Bleeding the system had no affect (all bleeder lines are open and functional)
-The radiator lines were hot both top and bottom so water is going through both of them as designed.
-I'm running 70%water and 30% antifreeze. Was running 50/50 before. No drop in temps.

At this point I think it can only be one of two things, the water pump or the radiators themselves. I'm going to have them boiled and fins straightened out but I doubt that is what is having me run 25+ degrees hotter than guys who aren't running the thermostat.

I am running the oil cooler in front of the left radiator but that hod no change in water temp. Plus other guys are running the oil cooler in front and have no problem with water temps.

Can we replace the water pump without damaging an SCCAE seal? Not sure if there is one on the front cover or not.
