2d photo to 3d CAD cloud software

Anyone here familiar with the 2d-photo-to-3d point cloud software that is available?

I have some projects where this could come in really handy, especially since it looks to be a fraction of the cost of actual 3d scanning, plus, I don't need that sort of super accuracy.

Would be using it with Solidworks.
