NovaKar rubber

I'm interested in finding out if the Novakar rubber setup provides a significant amount of rebound dampening or is this accomplished by adjusting the torque values of the pivot bolts on the bellcranks? I am driving an Invader and am thinking of upgrading to Novakar rubber suspension system to take advantage of what seems to be superior rebound dampening compared to what is currently in my car.
