WTB Kenwood Radio hardwire kits

Does anyone have or know where I could purchase a hardwire kit for some of my old Kenwood long track radio sets.
1st set (oldest) Radios are TK-360G with battery KNB-20N
2nd set (newer but still very old) Radios are TK3160 with battery KNB-26N

I want an attachment that plugs onto radio that I can wire into the car 12V source.
If I cannot find these, guess I'll just buy new batteries....
