Rear wing ID help needed.

I'm in the process of moving from one shop to another and while taking pallets of parts off of some tall pallet racking, I came across an old rear wing. Strange thing is, I simply don't remember where it came from or what car it came off. Maybe it was included with spares? I'm not sure. I forwarded pictures to my father and he doesn't recall ever seeing it before. My brother was no help either. Old formula car or possibly sports racer, but which one?

The wing is 37" wide and has a chord length of 10.75". It's made of fiberglass! The mounting spar is plated steel and the mounts to the transaxle or frame are aluminum. Simple side plates that are bent a bit, but the mounting bolts are "stuck" at the moment. I will get them off and take a picture inside the wing tomorrow.

Anybody have any insight as to what this might be? Old formula car, possibly an FC? Canadian built XPIT F4? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your time and I look forward to seeing if anyone has seen one of these before.
