I have a set of Cooper rains that I bought for the USF2000 Pro Series when FE ran there. They have never been on a car. They were mounted once but are not now. I had them on 8" and 10" rims. Sizes are as follows:
Fronts 180/550R13
Rears 250/570R13
Always stored in a dark climate controlled area. $600 for the set, I'll cover the first $50 for shipping. I can also bring them to the Runoffs.
I also have a set of brand new Goodyear SRF rains that have also never been on a car. They were just purchased a couple of months ago. Same deal as above, but $700 for the set.
