We are expanding for 2016 season, adding more cars to our Formula Lites program and we are adding 4 cars for F4 as well. We already have 2 drivers signed for each program so this is a legit expansion going on, not a dream or fantasy expansion. With that we will need a lot more mechanics and atleast 1 more race engineer.
This will mainly be for fly-in work, with possibility of a full time position becoming available for a mechanic.
If you can drive the truck as well that will certainly increase your potential value to us, since we will have 2 units going to each race.
Our plan is to start collecting a lot of applications now and during the Holidays make the decisions on who to use. Our full season drivers testing programs will begin in January, but we are testing with others now, so we might need some more people for these days as a "try-out."
