Valve Spring 'Bucket' advice needed

I just source new valve springs for the Kent and they are 1.15"OD. Pegasus checked and the Ivey springs are also that diameter. The buckets that the springs sit in (this is at the base of the spring where it would contact the head casting if the bucket where not there) are 1.14"ID and the springs that were in this head easily fit into the buckets. Those springs are however 'soft' and need replacing and the new springs from Pegasus are 0.01 too big.



Has anyone bumped into this? Sources for new buckets? Or the undersized springs? Or perhaps spacers that interface to the ID of the spring, not the OD?
