I brought this home about 22 years ago from Road America--it is a rear clip off a Roush Trans-Am Mustang. It is damaged on the right rear side from an impact during a practice session. It is constructed of a fiberglass honeycomb material. At the time, the crew just took it off and put a new one on for the next session.
As an 11 year old walking through the pits I thought all the activity was pretty cool to watch--Jack Roush saw me checking it out and explained how the crew fixes things. He could tell I was pretty impressed and decided to give it to me and had the driver sign it. Meanwhile it has been in a number of my basements ever since. This might be a long shot but I thought it might be of use as a spare to someone racing a GT1 Mustang in vintage racing--especially anyone who owns an old Roush car. If interested make offer.
