WTB dished washer for remote oil filter

My 1981 Tiga FF has the original remote canister-type oil filter (see pic). Somehow I have lost the dished washer that sits on top of the filter cartridge and keeps the filter centered in the canister. Any help finding one of these would be appreciated.
