Fire Bottle System 5 lbs Kit

I have a brand new unopened FE36 Fire Bottle System 5 lbs pull cable kit with tubing and 2 nozzles. Between ordering it online and it arriving, I realized it was too long to fit where I needed it to fit (my old Halon bottle was shorter). And my packing slip says its non-returnable because its illegal for me to ship it as it is a hazardous item. I payed $380 plus tax and shipping. If someone is willing to pick it up in Santa Cruz, CA I'll let it go for $300
