With the Challenge Series picking up momentum, and some drivers wanting to race across the boarder at different tracks. We are putting together a "what you need to do" document for Canadian FV/F1200 Drivers.
For a Specification standpoint, I think we have narrowed it down to;
Arm Restraints (Which are F1200 mandatory)
Fire Suppression System. (if anyone can recommend inexpensive DIY systems, it would be helpful as well for cars not currently equipped)
From a licence standpoint,
What would be the minimum requirement to Drive SCCA, assuming Drivers already Have a CASC licence?
Is there a link to where a driver could apply for this? OR is this just done at all tracks?
We are trying to make it easier for potential drivers crossing the boarder to access all the information, and remove any fear factor of doing the travel, hopefully increasing the number of drivers that will make the trip.
