Change in Run Group for FC and CFC at ARRC

It has been proposed and approved by the Stewards that we move all of the FC and CFC cars from Run Group 5 to Run Group 3. Currently there are only 16 cars in Run Group 3 and 34 in Run Group 5. I have also received comments from some FC drivers that mixing FC's with FV's was not a good thing.
