Liquid metal filler

Gents;



I have several wheels I am going to have refinished (powder coated), but first need to fill gouges nicks and scratches. What is the filler of choice that is durable, dries HARD, sandable and able to be powder coated over. Not sure what the temperatures are for the process, but my surmise is around 400C.
