Hewland bushing change

Hey guys,

Does anyone know how to tell if this is Hewland or Webster, and how to change out the bushing? The box has Hewland side plates both sides, so I expect it is a Hewland Mk-9, but the bearing carrier is of different vintage, apparently, based on color.
