Fit or Zetec!?

Here's a question to ponder! Lets say there is a late model Van Diemen rolling chassis sitting idle. What to do with it? Formula F with a Honda or F2000 with a Zetec. Ignore any differences in cost and assume both are financially viable options. What's the best way to go?
