Broken Engine Mounting Lug - Help!

Hi all,

I'm helping go thru a car for some friends who just picked up a late model Zetec Van Diemen FC. We were working thru a long list of issues and then discovered a broken lug on the right side of the block.

Here are some pics.

Any suggestions to repair? Or are we going to have to find a used block?
