FF brake temps

I am having brake problems, as seen in my prior posts. I think it would help to know if I am getting the proper pressure and temp at the rotor/ pad, so I plan to order heat sensitive paint. Unfortunately, I don't know what the expected results should be, and I don't know how to check pressure at the caliper. Does anyone have any info on this?
