Ford Pinto Updates

What are the updates that I have heard about for the FC Pinto engine. The engine I have has not been started since 2001. I have heard there are changes but to lazy to get old rules and new rules to see the difference. Want to know what I can do or should do to this engine. Thanks, Dennis
