Greg Rice: Shout Out

All,



I rarely post on Apex, but benefit from the site greatly. It is in this regard that I am making this post.



My partner, Steve Bodrug, and I found ourselves in an awkward position about a month ago. You know, one of those situations where you are dealing very remotely with someone, far far away, and need some "help in the middle" to make things work out alright.



We are under an oath of secrecy, because we are pretty sure Greg can't make a living out of doing what he did for us! Lord knows I don't want to do it again. But Greg stand out in this respect.



We called him out of the blue. Other than vaguely recognizing our names, there was no preexisting relationship here. We asked for his help, and he didn't hesitate. When it came time to act, he stepped up big time. Huge. Frankly, without him, I have no idea where we would be today.



All I have to say is, what a guy. A real racer. A decent **** in a world that sometimes seems full of guys trying to screw you over (it isn't, but sure seems that way some days!!!!).



We owe him one, probably two or three. Thanks Greg!!!!!
