Two marginal Panasports, cheap

Two Panasport wheels, VD hole pattern. One has a good gouge that looks like it came from a caliper, surprisingly straight and true. The second has a similar scratch., not quite as straight, maybe .020 wobble. I'd be a little uncomfortable about running the gouged one, but the other one is ok if the wobble doesn't sound like too much. They don't fit my VD....
