Revolution wheel lugnuts...again.

I am looking for a source for and / or lugnuts for my Revolutions. I need 0.680" diameter barrel sleeves, about 1.25 to 1.375" long barrel for 3/8" x 24 studs. I emailed Revolution wheels in UK but have not heard back from anyone.
