Lotus 51a Dimensions

Hi All



I have a Lotus 51a and I am having difficulty with the Confederation of Australian Motorsport (CAMS) over the track width of the car that I have.



The current dimensions of the car (with NO spacers) are:

Front 1296mm

Rear 1370mm



I am being quoted the dimensions from a 1988 bulletin on the Lotus FF site and told that I must comply with these dimensions;

Front 1321mm

Rear 1308mm



I will not be issued with documentation to allow me to race in Australia until I comply with these dimensions.



Can anybody tell me what the correct dimensions should be and the source of those dimensions?
