Lightened Cv Joints

So, minor problem, I turned down the OD of my Cv joints and I've observed the infamous shrinking of the ID.



What is the best way/ necessary tools to open the housing back up so my Cv's slide smooth again? Currently I cant get the Cv joint assembled in the housing, it locks up.
