Reading through some info about the AMB transponder, it says to make sure that there is no metal or carbon fiber between the transponder and the track. I also read that the signal can go through fiberglass and or plastic. I just wanted to see if this is actually true? I am planning to mount it in the nosebox area and if I don't have to cut a hole in the bottom of the nose then that would be even better.
