Weller Wheel Failures

There have been a couple of recent failures of Weller wheels here in Australia. A crack develops along the weld line on the inside rim, at the join of the centre to the rim. I suspect that this is a result of poor welding, particularly too quick cooling after welding.



Has anyone experienced similar issues?
